City of Columbia vs. Upstream Dischargers
On Wednesday, the City of Columbia SC filed a lawsuit against some 50+ industrial dischargers upstream of their drinking water intakes and PFAS manufactures for the cost to add PFAS treatment to their drinking water systems plus punitive damages.
